Description

Start your day off right with the "Breakfast of Champions." Shortly after Wheaties breakfast cereal hit market shelves in 1924, the cereal maker began using sports personalities to promote the brand. Nearly a century later, this tradition is still going strong. Standing in the shadow of the famous cereal box photo series, are the 1950s Dell comic books run which featured photos or art panels of famous period athletes. Overlooked far too long for the great crossover collectibles they are, these fairly tough Gold Age comics will likely prove to be well undervalued, making this a good opportunity to grab this lot of (18) 1953-1954 issues while they're still bargain priced, with:
